If you want DIRECT ACCESS to the properties as and when they are made available you can do so for £100 a month. This £100 is deducted each month from your BUYERS PREMIUM FEE.

DIRECT ACCESS is only available to 10 people at a time.

Please note there is NO guarantee that we will find you a suitable property. It is just a way to be one of the first to act on a property before they are released to the investors list on Tuesday at 10am. It also helps us get to know you and we can keep an eye out for particular properties you are looking for.
