Step 1

We only want to work with serious investors. We do not want to waste not only our time and your time, but we do not want to waste our sellers time too.

As we have vetted every property, we know that the properties we put out will be taken by investors straight away.

Step 2

As such, we have created a serious investors list. In order to join now we ask you to complete a questionnaire. This will be a range of confidential questions that help us vet you and HELP you find the perfect property behind the scenes.

Step 3

We will send out all our properties that become available at 10am every Tuesday.

This means you know EXACTLY when to act. Throughout the week, we will update investors with how many properties have passed our due diligence that way you know if properties are available to be ready for 10am Tuesday. Come Wenesday, the property will then be put up on the usual websites- Rightmove, Zoopla. So you get 1 day to act before it is open to hundreds of thousands of investors world wide.

Step 4

Once you have phoned us after 10am.

Someone from our team will talk you through the property and make sure it fits ALL of your criteria. If it does and you want to continue the purchase then you will pay a BUYERS PREMIUM of £2000 to hold the property. This stops any other investor from being able to bid on the property.

Step 5

If at anytime the SELLER pulls out of the deal, you will be given a FULL refund + DIRECT ACCESS to the properties before they are released at 10am.

If at anytime YOU pull out of the deal you will be given 50% of the FEE back. We can not stress this enough, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure you are happy with this as we DO NOT charge our sellers at any point.

Why do we work this way? We have promised our sellers a seamless transaction, we only want to connect them with our investors that are serious about the purchase so that the sale goes through nice and quickly for BOTH parties.

What do you do?

You will phone us after 10am on Tuesday

  1. We will run over the basic details of the property

  2. We vet you - Proof of Funds, ID

  3. You agree on the price

  4. You sign our property source agreement

  5. We will then release the full details of the property

  6. Once offer is accepted, the solicitors take over and perform their usual duties

  7. We stay connected throughout, updating each party
