What is the catch you ask?
Well, we only take £500 from you which is refunded at the end of completion. Yes, that does mean if for whatever reason, you decide to pull out of the sale, we keep the £500. That’s fair, you know it, we know it.
We will hook you up with an investor within 2 weeks, and if we don’t, you can also use other estate agents to try and sell your property. You heard that right, we don’t hold you back, if we cant find an investor after 2 weeks, then you are welcome to ALSO use other estate agents.
All we need from you is a home report and all the other usual stuff - EPC certificates, Gas certificates … all the landlordy stuff.
