Why did we start Unlock Property?

Honestly… we ask you to look around. Look at the current estate agents in Glasgow providing the same service as us.. look at their reviews … look at the fake reviews, look at the one star reviews. Its sad to see so many companies scam investors, salesman that are desperate to make a buck. witholding money.

Here at Unlock Property, we run a smaller operation… we will never release more than 3 properties in one week. We care for the service we provide. We don’t want to promise our sellers great communication throughout the sale and then once the missives have started disapear off the face of the earth.

At unlock property we are not desperate to make a quick buck. We provide both the buyer and the seller complete transparacy from the start. We have told you how much our buyer fee is, if you don’t like it then that is ok. You dont need to buy from us…. Sellers, you dont like our £500 intial holding fee? that is ok, you dont need to sell through us. Glasgow & Ayrshire has plenty of estate agents who can also do the same job, but can they provide the same service? that is your decision.

We started Unlock Property to shake up the space. We can see the gap in the market. Gone are the days of using franchises. Everything is online. Rightmove, Zoopla. these massive franchises cannot provide the same service that we will provide because they dont care. You are a number to them.

It makes me sad to think that there is Landlords out there thinking of evicting their tenants in our small towns and villages throughout Ayrshire. From Kilmarnock to Ayr, From troon to Mauchline. Our communities are built on the houses around us, and your tenants call them home. That is why we help facilitate the transaction from Landlord to Landord… so the tenant can continue to live in their home, in their community.
